Scrubs
There are very few tv shows, movies, or anything of that sort that really has impacted my life much more than having a good laugh, a hearty scare, or a sall tear in my eye. Except for Scrubs. This show has been around for a large part of my life, almost half of it. And i’ve taken more from it than just being able to recite a few funny lines. I connected with almost every episode that it made me rethink my life constantly. i have had friendships last in the same way JD and Turk. Awkward, spontaneous, and maybe a tad bit gay but nevertheless it is always more than a friendship. Its Guy Love. I hope life is filled with this friendship and never ends. Relationships have been the same way, sometimes naive, sometimes strictly sexual, sometimes see perfect but turn out to be something you never wanted. But in the end the one you were really meant to be with will be there for you. And one last thing that has left its impression on me is that sometimes when you are trying to learn things in life you need a few good teachers to show you the right way. The ways they teach can be ambiguous, sarcastic, endearing, or even cold and cynical, but a real teacher won’t let you fail no matter what it takes from them.
Its hard to think Scrubs is over. Everytime is see an episode Im reminded of someone i know or have met.
Its always going to bring back alot of memories, not just from the show itself. but to the life im living now.
